About Glassy Vibes

Hi,

I am Alison, a lifelong crafter and the creator behind the colourful works of Glassy Vibes.  Based in my home glass studio in Ingleby Barwick, in the North East of England, I aim to create vibrant and energetic fused glass art. 

I have a real passion for glass, and my designs aim to spark joy and celebrate light.  I love to see glass transform with kiln heat, layering colour and texture, then evolving into something that oozes character and personality.

Each of my creations is lovingly and playfully hand-crafted through the fusing process, where glass is carefully cut, arranged, and kiln-fired to create unique designs that can never be perfectly replicated, just like the people who collect them.
